Dear Lynn,
Good news; the court granted our motion to quash and dismissed the California case against you and Generation Nails!  The dismissal is "without prejudice," which means that the plaintiff could try to sue you in another state, but this effectively ends the case against you in California.  Our mission was accomplished!  A copy of the Court's tentative ruling and the filed order after hearing are attached.
